• Once ready, delivery takes 2–3 working days via courier.

RETURN & EXCHANGED
Return & Exchange Policy
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, dislike of colour, or wrong size chosen.
- We only accept return/exchange if:
• Item arrives damaged/defective, OR
• Baysic KL HQ sends the wrong size/item.

- All issues must be reported to us within 4 days after receiving your parcel (with clear photo/video proof).
- After 4 days, we will not accept any return or exchange requests.
- We strictly do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure you check your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
